Assistant Manager (Teaching & Learning) – School of Artificial Intelligence (Ref. 2025/136/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the daily administrative management of the School's undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs, including course arrangements, course outlines and external review materials preparation, collection and arrangement, examination preparation and arrangement, and relevant report writing;
2. Need to maintain a good working relationship and smooth communication with other schools within the University;
3. Responsible for the daily task management and allocation of administrative personnel in this team, team building, and standard formulation and supervision;
3. Coordinate the application and preliminary preparation of new projects within the School;
4. Lead the team to draft relevant reports on teaching affairs, and provide administrative support to relevant committees as a secretary;
5. Support administrative affairs of other sectors within the School per needs;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master degree or above;
2. More than 7 years of relevant work experience and team leadership experience, excellent team work quality control ability and high work efficiency;
3. Excellent bilingual expression and writing skills in Chinese and English;
4. Ability to withstand pressure, be proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility; have excellent problem solving, execution, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to solve problems independently and lead a team independently.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
