Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead international student-related matters.
2. Manage and supervise student mobility, including outgoing and incoming students.
3. Promote study abroad and exchange programs by organizing activities such as information sessions, application handling, and providing services to students.
4. Organize and assist in student activities, international events, and outreach visits.
5. Coordinate with participating universities on student academic program requirements.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least five years of work experience, preferably in education.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly dependable.
5. Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable to the PRC. The appointee will be based in Futian Shenzhen, PRC.
