Finance Office is responsible for Accounting service, Financial management and Business management for the University, our mission is to build the top international research University and our target is to serve academic activities and the staff of the University, exercising the professional standard of skill, care , integrity and diligence,  providing accurate , timely and effective financial management information under the relevant regulations.

Finance Office are consist of Finance Office and Business Office now.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Office are:

Compiling the budget for the University, providing Accounting service and Financial management for the University , ensure the operation be in compliance with rules and regulations.  

The main responsibilities of Business Office are :

Coordinating the central procurement activities of the University, and coordinating the tendering activities for the University.
