CUHK-Shenzhen and Deloitte China Sign Agreement for Talent Cultivation
On September 19, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants, LLP signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the development and employment of young talents in the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Both sides will spare no effort to strengthen future cooperation and cultivate more elites in the workplace, based on top academic performance and talent resources of CUHK-Shenzhen, Deloitte’s all-round service capabilities and influence in related professions, and guided by the Greater Bay Area’s needs.

Professor Zhu Shiping, vice president of CUHK-Shenzhen, stated that CUHK-Shenzhen has been devoted to talent cultivation for the Greater Bay Area in the last eight years, and looks forward to further contrition based on current exchange with Deloitte China.
Tom Kwok, Deloitte China southern region mainland managing partner, said the two sides will take the development opportunity to help the Greater Bay Area create an efficient entrepreneurship and innovation environment.
After the ceremony, the two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding the partnership, covering internships and employment, academic exchange, and innovative initiatives for the Greater Bay Area. In the not too distant future, there will be additional communication channels opened up between the two sides, providing university students in the Greater Bay Area with better access to improved social practice arrangements, learning, and growth.
