The Resident Student Association of Diligentia College (RSADC) is one of the main student associations on campus. RASDC provides students with an opportunity to manage and enrich their own college life. As a bridge of Diligentia College Office and students, members of RASDC are committed to facilitating communications between students and the College. Moreover, they will also play an act role in dormitory management of the College and offer appropriate solutions according to the suggestions gathered from students. More importantly, RASDC will develop a cultural atmosphere by organizing various activities to develop students’ sense of belonging to the College and motivate their creativity.

Initially RSADC will be established with at least eight members. They are elected through campaign of Diligentia College student teams. Once joining RSADC, members will learn how to develop team cooperation and communicate with different people. Those who have successfully ended his or her RSADC career will be honored with the certificate of RSADC. Besides, members of RSADC will have the priority to get job reference letters.
