Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clinical teaching bases according to the requirements of the medical school, assist in building the clinical teaching system, execute clinical teaching management tasks, and be responsible for the formulation and revision of clinical teaching management regulations.
2. Coordinate various teaching and student activities, such as clinical practice for medical students, and manage students.
3. Be responsible for the course arrangement, examinations, comprehensive evaluations, faculty management, and quality supervision of teaching bases for clinical teaching of medical students.
4. Apply for relevant qualifications, such as clinical teaching bases, and handle various documents and reports as required by superiors.
5. Assist in organizing various clinical education conferences and teaching activities as required by superiors.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. High sense of responsibility, strong coordination skills, team-building skills, and effective leadership qualities.
5. Ability to handle complex obligations with a high degree of competence.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ, and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
