Executive Officer (PR&Event) – School of Artificial Intelligence (Ref. 2025/141/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the school's seminars and activities, and formulate annual, quarterly and monthly activity plans;
2. Coordinate the internal and external resources of the school, coordinate, manage and coordinate the activities well, and ensure the smoothness of each link in the execution of the activities and the final effect;
3. Responsible for monitoring the effect of the activities and the progress of the execution, ensuring the quality of the activities, and preparing activity summary reports;
4. Coordinate the budget of activity expenses, expense reimbursement and other work;
5. Responsible for the visual design and daily maintenance of the school website; responsible for the operation and visual design of the school's WeChat public account and other domestic and foreign social media platforms;
6. Carry out public relations and cooperation expansion and implementation;
7. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, marketing, journalism, media and new media majors are preferred;
2. 3 years or more of relevant work experience in colleges or educational institutions, large-scale event experience, media resources, brand resources, and efficient communication skills are preferred;
3. Excellent planning, organization, communication, coordination and execution capabilities, the ability to independently plan event plans, and be responsible for writing event plans;
4. Excellent Chinese writing skills, excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, rigorous and meticulous;
6. Strong stress resistance.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
