Supervisor – School of Artificial Intelligence (Ref. 2025/138/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the overall planning, execution and publicity of the School's various activities and ceremonies, large-scale school-level meetings and activities, and formulate annual, quarterly and monthly activities and publicity plans. And be responsible for the preparation of the activities and the School's annual summary report;
2. Responsible for the visual design and daily maintenance of the School's website; responsible for the operation and visual design of the School's WeChat public account and other domestic and foreign social media platforms;
3. Able to convey the School's philosophy and hot publicity through various social media platforms and the School's website. Responsible for the visual communication design required for the School's brand promotion, including but not limited to brochures, event posters, roll-ups, publications, souvenirs, display boards, promotional materials, etc., and can actively promote the output and publicity of works;
4. Assist in coordinating the internal and external resources of the School, and carry out good overall planning, management and coordination of activities to ensure the smoothness of each link in the execution of the activities and the final effect;
5. Responsible for the shooting of relevant photos and post-processing of pictures of the School. Sort out and establish the archive of visual publicity materials of the School, organize file and archive videos and photos, etc.;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or above, English, marketing, journalism, media and new media majors are preferred;
2. Those with more than 5 years of relevant work experience in colleges or educational institutions, large-scale event experience, brand resources, and efficient communication skills are preferred;
3. Have excellent planning, organization, communication, coordination and execution capabilities, have the ability to independently plan event plans, and be responsible for writing event plans;
4. Have excellent Chinese writing skills and excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and Stress resistance, be proactive, rigorous and meticulous;
6. Work meticulously, be proactive, have good problem solving and communication skills, and teamwork and collaboration spirit, be brave to take responsibility, and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
