Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management of double major students across two campuses, including but not limited to student information management, activity organization, communication, and coordination;
2. Follow up on the progress of various projects, coordinate resources from all parties to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects;
3. Complete various tasks assigned by upper management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above; prior relevant working experience in project execution, managing student teams, and event planning and execution is preferred but not required;
2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and passion for student affairs, capable of effectively guiding student teams and frequently traveling between Shenzhen and Hong Kong;
4. Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of independently devising event planning proposals and conducting events;
5. Have a good sense of service, being able to handle reception duties appropriately;
6. Demonstrate strong execution skills and a sense of responsibility, with a good team spirit, and able to withstand a certain level of work pressure.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
