Executive Assistant (PR) - CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office (Ref. 2025/107/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Undertake writing and promotion of publicity materials, such as posters, news articles and display boards. Initiate and deliver publicity-related productions with precision and elegance;
2. Coordinate and communicate with other departments for publicity and promotional tasks;
3. Manage the operation and maintenance of CCCO's (CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office)social media platforms, such as the WeChat public account, including text and visual content;
4. Handle the design and maintenance of the CCCO website, actively enhancing the user browsing experience;
5. Assist in organizing activities, including meetings and student events. Take detailed notes during meetings and prepare speeches for event participants;
6. Carry out other assignments as directed by the upper management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese., with major in English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred;
2. With prior experience in We-Chat promotion platform, possesses excellent copy writing and planning skills to produce attractive content for target reader;
3. Good command of image processing skills, and be familiar with software such as Photoshop;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
5. Meticulous and proactive, with good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork, and be able to handling with complexity.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
