Abstract:
The notion that "poetry expresses aspirations" is the oldest concept in Chinese poetry. China is a realm of lyric poetry, evident in its solid and ancient lyrical tradition. Poetry serves not only as a means for people to express emotions but also as a tool to shape feelings and construct emotional identity. Appreciating Chinese poetry provides an opportunity to immerse oneself in Chinese people's lyrical world and gain an understanding of a China rich with emotions.
