Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality has initiated Shenzhen Engineering Research Center Formation and promotion Project 2021.  Details of application requirements are as follows:

1. Key Areas

(1) Biomedicine

(2) Digital economy

(3) New materials

(4) Marine Economy

(5) Integrated Circuits

(6) Ultra HD display

(7) Intelligent Connected Vehicle

(8) Intelligent manufacturing equipment

2. Funding Amount

The project is funded according to 40% of the total investment of the approved project, and the maximum funding is 5 million Yuan.

3. Application Requirements

3.1 Center members.

The number of members shall more than 20, including more than 15 full-time R&D staff.

3.2 The basis of cooperation with enterprises

The application team shall have a good foundation for cooperation with enterprises, and shall provide at least 5 typical cases of enterprise cooperation or transformation of scientific and technological achievements in relevant fields (with relevant contracts or agreements attached)

3.3 R & D expenditure

The R&D expenditure of the application team in the previous year shall not be less than 10 million yuan

3.4 Area and equipment.

The minium research area is 500m², and the original value of equipment shall more than 5 million Yuan.

4. Application Procedure

The project is declared online

1. Contact RAO and complete the project filing.
2. Compose the project fund application report and the production of attachments. Please download the attached file as a reference for writing.
3. After the project fund application report and attachments are reviewed by RAO, RAO will upload it to the application system.

5. Deadline

Applying online: October 12, 2021.
