Notification of application for China innovation fund of the first batch of research-production cooperation program 2020
The Ministry of Education has initiated application for China innovation fund of the first batch of research-production cooperation program 2020. Details of application requirements are as follows:
1. Funding fields
The program set two sub-topics as follows:
A. Heterogeneous intelligent computing project
B. MOE-Yunqu joint research project

2. Eligibility of applicants
Applicant shall first read guide (Annex 1 or Annex 2) for more information about qualifications.
3. Funding amount and duration
The duration is one year between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 with the funding intensity 0.2 to 0.5 million yuan per project.
4. Procedure of application
Filing out electronic copy of application forms
Applicant shall download and fill out application form (Annex 3 or Annex 4) in Chinese, send it to kevingao@cuhk.edu.cn by 17:00 on Oct. 23, 2020 when completed.
Hard copies submission
After review, applicant shall print (double-sided) one hard copy of application form which signed by all participants and submit it to Room 406 of Administration Building by 15:00 on Oct. 26, 2020.
The RAO will send the scanning copy which signed and stamped by the university to applicant by Oct. 27, 2020.
Online Application
Applicant shall use personal email address to register on the application system at http://58.205.208.66/fpds/login.html. After registration, applicant shall login the system, choose “异构智能计算项目-2020第一批”or “云衢科技项目-2020第一批” to complete the online application and upload the scanning copy which signed and stamped by the university.
Applicant shall submit online application by noon on Oct. 28, 2020.
5. Other requirements
A. Reasonable team composition with no less than 3 members (including the PI).
B. Research results obtained shall be jointly owned by CUHKSZ and the partner
C. Application-oriented research results which contain not only research papers.
Delayed application will not be accepted.
