There is a shade of jade in the book. Book lovers always enjoy themselves when reading and they may come across bosom friends. They may be uninhibited, humorous or gentle. Every intimate friend is a unique star. Reading can help us make acquaintances with interesting souls. It can be the light of hope whenever we feel frustrated and upset. We are experiencing...., feeling...., and witnessing this very moment.

It seems we have lost something in the midst of the anxiety, fear and hopelessness.But always remember：Reading is your everlasting shelter. With reading, we can have peacecefulness wherever we are. No matter what happens, we can stick to the truth with a determined mind.

During these special days, please pick up the books you like, to meet the people you love, and create meaningful and unique memories.

Introduction of the activity:

1.Time：from February 14th to March 24th.

2. Way to join: daily attendance system on Wechat:students who have successfully signed up for the activity will join the WeChat group to participate in reading. Participants are required to share their reading experience (it can be a paragraph you have read, with your thoughts and feelings) in the group every day, and punch in from February 24th to March 24th.

3. Types of books: the books you choose can be from various fields such as literature, paintings, sculpture, architecture, music, dance, drama, film, etc. Anyone who has successfully signed up for the activity shall buy the book (printed or electronic version) after verification of participation by UAC.

4. Reading Notes: after the end of the activity (on March 24th), participants shall hand in reading notes before March 31st. Excellent reading notes will be chosen and rewarded. The list of winners will be announced in early April. Excellent notes should be of thought-provoking themes, inspiring content and unique perspectives.

5. Reimbursement: the cost for the purchase of book can be reimbursed in early April. Book invoices and purchase orders whose date are no early than January 1st, 2020 shall be provided. Special gifts: 1.Anyone who has punched in for over 21 days and handed in their reading notes which are written clearly and logically can have ONE book reimbursed.

4. Announcement of the name list of participants: on February 17th, a list of participants will be announced on the WeChat Account of UAC. Participants need to confirm their signing-up before they join in the group.

In particular: Anyone who has successfully signed up for the activity, please submit the name of your chosen book before February 18th. You can purchase the book after verification by UAC. The details on reimbursement are as specified above.
