On January 30, 2015, CUHKSZ hosted the large eventRunning Man, Run for Funon campus with passion and joy. Eight teams took part in the event. Participants went through three rounds of competition. Max Dancing Club led the opening dance with the songsTreasureby Bruno Mars andSmall Appleby Chopsticks Brothers.

Running on the Shiatsu mat was the first round. Seven members of each team ran hurdle race, rope skipped, crawled through the net. The top four fastest teams upgraded into the second round. This round was the classic dodgeball competition. Two out of the four teams competed first and produced one winning team. The rest two teams produced the other winning team. These two winning teams moved to the final round, ripping of the name cards. Members of these two teams tried their best to tear away their opponents’ name cards on the back of each individuals. Students came up with various ideas and created new ways of playing. Groundhog’s team won the championship with the score 5:0. Some of the staff also took part in this event.

After the game, Professor Yangsheng Xu (President of the University) and Professor Joe Qin (Vice President of External and Student Affairs) awarded the sports prizes to each team. They encouraged the students to take more exercises, to balance well their study, entertainment, and personal health.
